Response to Request for Additional Information Dated August 3, 2016 Mr. Boyle, This letter and attachments contain the Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center's (RINSC's) responses to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's request for additional information (RAI) dated August 3, 2016.

Our response includes 2 enclosures. The first is our response to each of the questions in the request for additional information. The second is a new clean copy of our technical specifications for relicensing. All changes to the technical specifications are listed in red to allow the staff to easily see the changes that have been made. Many of these changes were directly related to the RAls. However, some changes were to fix inconsistencies the staff found while addressing the RAls.
