1. 'he Joint Appl'icants will appear and present evidence in support of the Application for Ope'rating Licenses.

2. 'The Notice of Hearing incorrectly identifies the Arizona Electric Power Cooperative, Xnc. as a Joint Applicant.

By Amendment No. 1 to Construction, Permit Nos. CPPR-141, CPPR-142 and CPPR-143,, dated April 19, 1978, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission deleted Arizona Electric Power Cooperative, Xnc. as a co-owner in the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3. Amendment No.,l reflected the transfer by Arizona Electric s ro.5so0gP'/

Power Cooperative, Inc. of its 2.4% ownership interest as follows:

1% to Arizona Public Service Company, 1% to Salt River Agricultural I
