FitzPatrick RAI's Matt, I have the following RAI's for FitzPatrick RR-7:

1. The Licensee has eliminated the statement "Welding procedures and welding operators shall be qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX and the requirements of Sections 2.1 and 2.2 below," from paragraph 2.0 on page 1 of Attachment 3 to Enclosure 1. This is unacceptable. This statement is from Code Case N-638 and must be included in the relief request. All welding procedures and welding operators shall be qualified in accordance with these requirements among others.

2. Define the term, "AMTB" on the bottom of page 1 of Attach ment 4 to Enclosure 1.
