Director of Reactor Operations, Docket No. 50-20, License R-37 Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) provides the following notification of a permanent change in Level 2 facility staffing, in accordance with MIT Reactor Technical Specification 7.7.3(a):

Mr. John P. Foster has been named the Director of Reactor Operations (DRO) for the MIT Research Reactor, effective 1 January 2019. He succeeds Mr. Alberto Queirolo (DRO), who remains a staff member of the Nuclear Reactor Laboratory.

Mr. Foster holds a Senior Reactor Operator license at the MIT Reactor, and has education and experience exceeding the requirements of MIT Reactor Technical Specification 7 .1.4.1. David E.
