Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 Fitness-For-Duty Performance Data Revision Enclosed is a revision to the 2009 Annual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) Program Performance Data for the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company's (FENOC) Perry Nuclear Power Plant that was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 26.717(e) on February 26, 2010, by Letter L-10-068.Enclosure A provides revised FFD Program performance data for personnel subject to the requirements of 10 CFR 26 for the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.Enclosure C of Letter L-10-068 provides Fatigue Management Data. Subsequent to the 2009 FFD Program Performance Data submittal, three additional work hour control waivers were approved.

Per discussion with an NRC Fatigue Management representative, Mr. Michael Boggi, a hand written mark-up of the changes on the original submittal is enclosed.

Only page 2 of 2 of Letter L-1 0-068 Enclosure C changed. All other data submitted for the 2009 Annual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) Program Performance Data remains the same.There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
