Section6.0T/Spageshavebeenentirelyrenumbered asaresultofthesechanges.Onlychangestothetexthavebeendenotedbyasidebar,however.Textshiftedtoadifferent pagehasnotbeenbarredashasbeenourpracticeinthepast.Adetaileddescription oftheproposedchangesandouranalysesconcerning significant hazardsconsiderations areincludedinAttachment 1tothisletter..Attachment 2containstheproposedrevisedT/Spages.ThepagesinAttachment 2alsocontaintheproposedchangessubmitted inAEP:NRC:06590, datedSeptember 6,1988.Thatsubmittal waspreparedbasedontheguidancecontained inGenericLetter88-06.Ifthechangesbeingproposedinthisletter(AEP:NRC:0659M) arereviewedandapprovedbeforethoseproposedinourpreviousletter(AEP:NRC:06590),
