Enclosed is a March 17, 1988 letter from the Monroe City-County Office of Civil Preparedness to Region III which requests NRC responses to a number of questions provided by Safe Energy Coalition of Michigan. Per discussions ~with Ted Quay of your staff, NRR agreed to provide Region III with responses to questions 1 through 5. Please provide your input by August 1, 1988. I will be forwarding your the RIII preliminary response shortly.
