@ 1During operator rounds it was discovered that the overspeed trip device []JI] 1 ror the turbine-driven auxiliary feedwater pump was in the tripped [Q]!J 1condition.

The overspeed trip was immediately reset, thereby restoring

[£]]] 1 the pump to operable status. Condition is believed to have existed for []JI] 1approx. one hour prior to discovery.

LER 81-05 reported a similar and 6.9.2.B2.
