The graphic map in this attachment portrays the extent of core bores and excavations to support remediation of PH 109. Also included are the physical survey locations for the soil samples acquired to verify soil activity levels were less than DCGL at the conclusion of remediation activities in the various excavations.

The appropriate soil sample ID numbers can be discerned in the hexagon symbols on the map. The soil sample results are included in this attachment.
