4.0 Design

Features Klett ALK 5.0 Administrative Controls Cusumano VGC To facilitate the review of DEK's LAR 249, a publicly available website was established to allow efficient issuance of, and responses to, NRC staff requests for additional information (RAIs) concerning the license amendment request. This website identifies

each RAI using the NRC staff reviewer's init ials followed by a se quential number (e.g., ALK-001). The NRC staff reviewer closed the RAI upon an acceptable resolution.

Included in this Enclosure are the NRC staff's questions and DEKs responses to those questions associated with the attached Volumes. The following table lists those questions and responses included in this supplement. Shaded boxes indicate that this reviewer has not asked a question with this sequential number.

In the Enclosure, these questions and responses are arranged sequentially in the associated ITS Volume.
