This website identifies each RAI using the NRC staff reviewers initials followed by a sequential number (e.g.,

ALK-001). The NRC staff reviewer closed the RAI upon an acceptable resolution.

Included in this Enclosure are the NRC staffs questions and DEKs responses to those questions associated with the attached Volumes. The following table lists those questions and responses included in this supplement.

In the Enclosure, these questions and responses are arranged sequentially in the associated ITS Volume.
