SUBJECT:
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EXPORT OF TRITIUM The Division of Rules and Records has reviewed the draft final rule that would amend the regulations concerning the export of tritium contained in luminescent light sources under a general license. We have enclosed a marked-up copy of the package that sets out our comments.
When the package is forwarded to the ED0 for signature and approval, it should be presented under a memorandum to the ED0 that describes the action and requests his approval and signature.
A copy of the final rule has been forwarded to the Information and Records Management Branch, TIDC, for their comment / concurrence concerning paperwork management aspects of this rulemaking actior..
