SUBJECT:
. IMPLEMENTATION OF EDO ACTION:
PUBLICATION OF FINAL RULE On July 22 the Executive Director for Operations approved a Federal Register Notice publishing a final rule for minor amendments to Part 110's general license regulations for the export of tritium. Please implement the ED0's action by arranging for pubitcation of the enclosed final rule in the Federal Register. The final rule is effective upon publication.
In addition, enclosed is a copy of the regulatory analysis for transmittal to the PDR.
In a July 22, 1986 memorandum to the Commissioners, the EDO informed the Coussission in the Daily Staff Notes for July 23, 1986, that it had approved the final rule.
Also enclosed are the letters to the appropriate Congressional committees infoming them of the amendments.
