Description:== | |||
After the loss of offsite power and trip of U-2, the 2A and 2D RCP thermal barrier HX CC low flow alarms are in. Also, the RCP thermal barrier CC water flow low alarm Is in. Checked RCP thermal barrier CC water flow in the field and verified the total flow was in fact low at 142 gpm (low alarm at 150 gpm). There are currently 2 CC pumps running on U-2 so the flow should be high. This may indicate a blockage to the 2A and 2D thermal barrier HX. This could be a startup Issue.Immediate actions taken: Notified SM and OCC. Wrote IR.Recommended Actions: Validate actual flows and repair if necessary during the forced outage.Operable Basis: Reportable Basis: Functionality Basis: Assignments Assign #: Ol1 Assigned Status: AWA[I'/C To: swfit'Aii"Roo fmiA~lf C (0 I> I -.Aff Fac: Byron Prim Grp: ACAPALL Due Date: 02/04/2012 Assign Type: TRKG Sec Grp: Orig Due Date: Priority: Schedule Ref: Unit Condition: | |||

Description:==
Wrote IR.Recommended Actions: Validate actual flows and repair if necessary during the forced outage.Operable Basis: Reportable Basis: Functionality Basis: Assignments Assign #: Ol1 Assigned Status: AWA[I'/C To: swfit'Aii"Roo fmiA~lf C (0 I> I -.Aff Fac: Byron Prim Grp: ACAPALL Due Date: 02/04/2012 Assign Type: TRKG Sec Grp: Orig Due Date: Priority: Schedule Ref: Unit Condition:
