The plant, located 19 miles north of Omaha, is owned and operated by OPPD. The meeting will be held from 1-5 p.m. CDT at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 7007 Grover St., Omaha, Neb. This meeting is one of a series the NRC is holding to keep the public informed about  NRC issued a Confirmatory Action Letter in June 2012 with a list of NRC-developed action items known as the restart checklist. It was updated in February 2013 to include actions to address safety system functional failures, containment internal structure issues, and containment penetration issues. The 15-member team inspected the checklist. Following NRC and OPPD presentations, the public will have opportunities to ask the NRC  The NRC will issue a written report on the results of the inspection within 45 days of the public meeting.}}
