NRC STAFF MONTHLY STATUS REPORT The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, in its Initial Scheduling Order, dated August 26, 2013 (Initial Scheduling Order), ordered the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) to file a monthly status report on its best estimate of the dates for issuance of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS), Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS), Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items, and the final SER. In accordance with the Initial Scheduling Order, the Staff reported, in the Revised Monthly Status Report that it filed on March 4, 2014, that it expected to publish the SER with open items in January 2015, the final SER in May 2015, the DSEIS in July 2014, and the FSEIS in March 2015. The Staff filed the DSEIS on July 31, 2014 and there have been no changes to the other dates. In accordance with the Board's Initial Scheduling Order, the Staff will apprise the Board of any change to the estimated publication dates.
