NRC STAFF MONTHLY STATUS REPORT In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Initial Scheduling Order, dated August 26, 2013, the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) is filing this monthly status report on the best estimate of the dates when it expects to issue the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS), Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS), Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items, and the final SER.

By letter dated July 31, 2013, the Staff reported that it expects to publish the SER with open items in March 2014, the final SER in October 2014, the DSEIS in February 2014, and the FSEIS in October 2014. There have been no changes to these date estimates.
