First, the information Mr. Snell provided to you was based on information he received directly from the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (0 RISE), and therefore factual to the best of his knowledge at the time he provided it.

First, the information Mr. Snell provided to you was based on information he received directly from the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (0 RISE), and therefore factual to the best of his knowledge at the time he provided it.
The information )rovided changed in each case as a result of Mr. Snell following up witi 0 RISE to ensure that what we had been told was indeed correct.
