Esb By letter, undated, and a telephone conversation, on January 31, 1994, with George McCann, Chief, Fuel Facilities & Decommissioning Section you provided the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) with information concerning possible exposure to Uranium-235.
An evaluation of this issue will be conducted which I anticipate will take a minimum of 120 days to complete. The review may include the participation of Goodyear Aerospace Company, Akron Ohio to resolve the issue. We will attempt not to identify you as the so.urce,of our information and their response will be subject to our audit. However, due to the specific nature of your concern we may not have any choice but to release your identity.

I will inform you of the results upon completion of the reviews.
