Saporito, Executive Director of the Nuclear Energy Oversight Project, Inc., has brought to the attention of the Licensing Board and the participants to this proceeding a January 23, 2021 letter he submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of the Inspector General regarding the pending application of NextEra Energy for a subsequent license renewal for the operating licenses for Point Beach Nuclear Units 1 and 2.

That e-mail and the accompanying letter will be treated as a limited appearance statement pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.315(a) and should be entered into the docket of this proceeding as such.
