REQUEST FOR HEARING AND PETITION FOR WAIVER SUBMITTED WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION OF VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY FOR NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 (DOCKET NOS. 50-338 and 50-339)
The Office of the Secretary received a hearing request and petition for waiver in response to the license renewal application of Virginia Electric and Power Company for North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (Docket Nos. 50-338 and 50-339), which was published in the Federal Register at 85 Fed. Reg. 65438 (October 15, 2020). The pleading was submitted via E-filing on December 14, 2020, by Diane Curran, on behalf of Beyond Nuclear, Sierra Club, and Alliance for a Progressive Virginia.
