ORDER On October 6, 2021, the applicant and the NRC Staff filed an unopposed request for clarification of the deadline to answer a motion filed on September 29, 2021, by Beyond Nuclear, Sierra Club, and Alliance for Progressive Virginia.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(a), the deadline to file answers is October 25, 2021.
