As a follow-up to the Licensing Boards February 4, 2021 initial prehearing conference and oral argument, the participants to this proceeding have submitted a joint motion requesting the adoption of corrections to the transcript of that session. See Joint Motion for Correction of the Transcript for the Oral Argument Held on February 4, 2021 (Feb. 18, 2021) at 1; see also Tr.

at 1-98.

After reviewing the participants proposed corrections and the February 4 transcript,* we adopt the transcript corrections set forth in Attachment 1 to this issuance.
