LGS UFSAR CHAPTER 17 - QUALITY ASSURANCE 17.1 QUALITY ASSURANCE DURING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION This section is not applicable to the LGS UFSAR.

17.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE DURING THE OPERATIONS PHASE The licensee is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Limerick Generating Station (LGS). These activities are presently conducted in accordance with the NRC approved Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR) which describes the formal and comprehensive control methods established to assure compliance with 10CFR50, Appendix B.

The QATR describes how the Quality Assurance Program is to be functionally implemented with due regard to the safety and health of the public and the personnel on site. The LGS Quality Assurance Program as described by the QATR is incorporated herein by reference.
