Re: St.Luci e Unit 1 Docket No.50-335 Proposed License Amendment Radiological Effluent Technical Specification In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR-67.Florida Power 81 Light submitted proposed Amendments to Appendices A and 8 of St.Lucie Unit 1 Technical Specifications on March 15, 1979 (L-79-61)and August 23, 1979 (L-79-232).

The proposed amendments were for changes to the facility's Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETs)pursuant to NUREG 0472.On March 4 and 5;1982 we met with representatives of the NRC and its contractors to review the proposed amendments.
