On August 26, 1976, we obtained from the Public Document Room an unsigned, unsworn and undated document en-titled"Petition to intervene" which states that it.is being filed by the Environmental Coalition on Nuclear Power.This document petitions the Commission"for leave to intervene in this proceeding." The Petition includes a number of contentions relating to the cost,-benefit analyses determined for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2.No copies of the"Peti-tion" were served on Pennsylvania Power 6 Light Company or its undersigned counsel.'he cover letter which transmitted this and other petitions to the Secretary of the Commission referred to affi-davits and authorizations, in addition to the petitions.
