Thesechangesareconsistent withandinnowaydegradethecommitment oftheRochester GasandElectricauthorities andresponsibilities regarding theestablishment andexecution oftheGinnaStationQualityAssurance Programsetforthinprevioussubmittals.
These changes are consistent with and in no way degrade the commitment of the Rochester Gas and Electric authorities and responsibilities regarding the establishment and execution of the Ginna Station Quality Assurance Program set forth in previous submittals.
