BEFORE THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMXSSION In the Matter of ROCHESTER GAS AND ELECTRIC Docket No. 50-244 CORPORATXON (R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant AMENDMENT NO. 11 TO APPLICATXON TO CONVERT PROVXSXONAL OPERATING LICENSE TO FULL-TERM OPERATXNG LICENSE Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, Applicant in the above-captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 11 to its Application to Convert Provisional Operating License to Full-Term Operating License. This amendment transmits Revi-sion 7 to Supplement IV to Applicant's Technical Supplement Accompanying Application for a Full-Term Operating License.

Revision 7 further revises Supplement XV, filed with the Commission on July l, 1974 and revisions to the Supplement, filed August 23, 1974, November I, 1974, January 30, 1976, December 21, 1978, April 23, 1979 and July 6, 1979, respec-tively. These further revisions to Supplement XV reflect minor changes in the Management, Ginna Station, Engineering and Quality Assurance Organizations and changes concerning 80 1 80 1 0 g+ '

~,v the transfer of responsibilities of the Welding and NDE Engi-P neer from the Quality Assurance Group to a new position in the General Maintenance Group, the Supervisor, Materials Engineering. These changes are consistent with and in no way degrade the commitment of the Rochester Gas and Electric authorities and responsibilities regarding the establishment and execution of the Ginna Station Quality Assurance Program set forth in previous submittals.

WHEREFORE, Applicant prays as in its original application.
