The proposed Improved Technical Specifications for Ginna Station are provided in Attachment C.
A marked up copy of NUREG-1431, Revision 0 is provided in Attachment D.
A cross reference between the current Ginna Station Technical Specifications and the proposed specifications (as contained in Attachment C) is provided in Attachment E.
Attachments F and G contain proposed copies of the Core Operating Limits Report and Reactor Coolant System Pressure Temperature Limits Report, respectively.
An evaluation of the proposed 24 month surveillance intervals is provided in Attachment H.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Facility Operating License No.
DPR-18, and Attachment A to that license, be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment C.
