Also included in this submittal are necessary changes (corrections) to, minor typographical omissions in Figure 5.6-1"Normal Storage Pattern (Mixed Three Zone)" and Figure 5.6-2"Interim Storage Pattern (Checkerboard)." In addition, some clarifications are included to the spent nuclear fuel pool storage rack boral poison surveillance program committed to in AEP:NRC:1146.

Attachment 1 provides a detailed description of the proposed changes, justification for the changes, and our determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92.Attachment 2 contains an'analysis report performed by Holtec International supporting our justification for the earlier fuel movement change.Attachment 3 contains existing T/S pages marked to reflect the proposed changes.Attachment 4 contains the affected T/S pages with the proposed changes incorporated.
