In the Revised Monthly Status Report that it filed on March 4, 2014, the Staff reported that it expects to publish the SER with open items in January 2015, the final SER in May 2015, the DSEIS in July 2014, and the FSEIS in March 2015. There have been no changes to these dates. Although the best estimate for publishing the DSEIS is the end of July 2014, the Staff has been recently informed that delays resulting from final editing, formatting, and other related tasks could delay the publishing date by approximately two weeks to August 15, 2014. In accordance with the Board's Initial Scheduling Order, the Staff will apprise the Board of any change to the estimated publication dates.
