Criteion3Theproposedchangesupdateguidanceforthetestingofdieselgenerators.

TheguidanceisendorsedbytheNRCinRegulatory Guide1.9,andcompliance withthisguidancewillensuretheoperability ofthedieselgenerators.

Thus,thereisnosignificant reduction inthemarginofsafety.
