By Order of the Licensing Board, Intervenor's proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law were to be filed on April 5, 1979. For the following. reasons, Intervenors request an extension of time of one week or until April 12, 1979, within which to file said Findings of Fact.

In support of this motion Intervenors would Ishow the Board that their technical consultants, MHB Technical Associates, have been intensely involved for the past week in answering inquiries from certain State and local groups, citizens groups and the news media concerning the incident at Three Mile Island. Because of the significance of this incident to the overall nuclear power controversy, MHB has been virtually compelled to respond to most of these requests. Accordingly, Intervenors have not had the use of their technical consultants to the extent they had anticipated over the past few days to assist them in the preparation of the detailed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law required by this Board.
