In your letter dated August 23, 1977 to Mr. E. E. Van Brunt, Jr. you invited Arizona Public Service Company (APS) to participate in upgrading the bases section of each generic Standard Technical Specification (STS).

We have reviewed your request and feel it would be beneficial for APS to participate in such a program. We further agree that a meeting should be held in the near future to discuss the objectives of such a program and mutual]y plan our efforts.

Please notify APS when such a meeting has been arranged.
