ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA-DAVIS - NRC SECURITY-RELATED INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-607/2013-202

Dear Dr. Klein:

On May 20-22, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission)

conducted a security inspection at your University of California-Davis/McClellan Nuclear Radiation Center. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations, as well as compliance with the conditions of your license. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no findings of significance were identified. No response to this letter is required.
