SQN CSP Revision 1 (effective date 7/31/2017) added Bright-Line demarcation clarifying information, and incorporated Addendum 1 to NEI 08-09, Revision 6, Cyber Security Plan for Nuclear Power Reactors.
Addendum 1 to NEI 08-09, Revision 6, was endorsed for use by the NRC in Reference 1.
The changes made in Revision 1 of the SQN CSP were reviewed against the criteria of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and were determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Site Security Plans including the Physical Security, Training and Qualification, Contingency, and Cyber Security Plans.
The enclosure to this letter contains a description of the changes made to the SQN CSP.
TVA considers the information contained in the enclosure to be security related information and requests the information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
