WASHINGTON STATE UUNIVERSITY Nuclear Radiation Center June 15, 2006 Document Control Desk US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555 Docket # 50-027 On May 2 2 nd, 2006 1assumed the position of Director of the WSUNRC. Under section 6.10, subsection 3 of the WSUNRC Technical Specifications (Amendment 18),
