PART 71 QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM APPROVAL BIENNIAL CHANGE REPORT To Whom It May Cop.cem:
This letter is in response to the letter of the U.S. NRC which is dated December 22, 2017 regarding changes to the Quality Assurance Program at WSU (Facility License R-76). Please refer to ADAMS Accession No ML15247A381 which describes changes made as required by 10 CFR Part 71.106. No changes have been made to the WSU Quality Assurance Program (Facility License R-76) during the reporting period which began in August of 2015.
The Quality Assurance Program at WSU is no longer needed as there will be no fuel shipments in the foreseeable future.
Consequently, Washington State University requests to terminate the Quality Assurance Program.
