Dear Mr. Hardesty,

Pursuant to the reporting requirements in the Technical Specifications for the Washington State University TRIGA reactor, I am informing you that a _change of Level 2 management has occurred, effective June 14, 2019. On that date, Donald Wall retired from WSU and I was appointed as the Interim Director of the WSU Nuclear Science Center.
