| | finding of very low safety significance (Green) in this report. This finding involved a violation of NRC requirements. Additionally, inspectors documented a licensee-identified violation which was determined to be of very low safety significance. The NRC is treating these violations as a non-cited violations (NCVs) consistent with Section 2.3.2.a of the Enforcement Policy. |
