As part of your application for renewal of Facility Operating License No. R-83, dated February 27, 2003 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML102920025), as supplemented, for the Te xas Engineering Experiment Station/Texas A&M University System (TEES/TAMUS), Nuclear Science Center (NSC), TRIGA-type research reactor, the NRC staff reviewed the NSC Emergency Preparedness Plan, Second Revision, dated December 1999. Our review resulted in a request for additional information (RAI) letter, dated January 7, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML13340A738), and RAI responses provided by your letter dated February 11, 2014.
