The NRC issued CAL No. NRR-04-004 on March 2, 2004 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML033090502). In addition, the NRC staff found that the site-specific compensatory measures committed to in CAL No. NRR-04-004 have also been incorporated into the MUTR physical security plan. Therefore, the NRC considers CAL No. NRR-04-004 closed.
