Change in Level 2 Personnel The purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that effective March 11, 2019, Amber Johnson will be appointed the Director of the Maryland University Training Reactor, replacing Dr. Timothy Koeth. By this letter, the Commission is notified of this level 2 staff transition, as required by Technical Specification 6.7.2.1 of License No. R-70, Docket No. 50-166, for the MUTR.
