The computer is password protected and accessible only to individuals who have been determined to be trustworthy and reliable. Further investigation by IT security staff at the University of Maryland determined that there is no evidence the file had been transmitted over the network. We have confirmed that our electronic file storage is in compliance with 10 CFR 73.23(g). These findings were discussed with our security specialist Mike Takacs.
