This letter and its attachment provide a revised version of the technical specification change request forwarded to you under AEP:NRC:1213A. Per a verbal request from our NRR project manager, we are moving the T/S 4.0.4 exemption statement for the main steam safety valves into section 4.7.1.1. In our previous submission, we had included the exemption statement under a separate section labeled 4.7.1.2. This format change is administrative in nature and does not affect the previously submitted significant hazards analysis.

s In compliance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), copies of this letter and its attachments have been transmitted to the Michigan Public Service Commission and to the Michigan Department of Public Health.
