JOINT PROPOSED CORRECTIONS TO THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE ORAL ARGUMENT HELD ON JULY 7, 2015 In accordance with 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and 2.327(d), the participants in this proceeding, Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff, and the State of Vermont, hereby jointly file their proposed corrections to the transcript of the oral argument on the admissibility of proposed Contentions I, II, III, and IV that was held in the above-captioned docket on July 7, 2015 by teleconference. These corrections are necessary to either fix material errors in the transcript or to ensure that the transcript accurately reflects statements made during the oral argument. The participants respectfully request that the transcript be revised to incorporate the corrections identified in Appendix A hereto.
