• Mr. Boyle, The Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center (RINSC) is submitting an updated version of our Security Plan as part of our relicensing efforts. This submittal contains one attachment, the new revision to our Security Plan. This is a resubmittal because our submittal from May appears to be missing pages.

RINSC requests that the attachment to this letter be held non-publically available since it contains Security Related Information in accordance with Title 1O of the Code of Federal Regulations (1 O CFR) Part 2.390.
