CPS/USAR CHAPTER 16 16-1 REV. 11, JANUARY 2005 CHAPTER 16 - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Clinton Power Station Technical Specifications are Appendix A of the Operating License. Many operational requirements previously controlled by Technical Specifications are contained in the Operational Requirements Manual. The Operational Requirements Manual is incorporated into the CPS USAR by reference and will be revised in the same manner as the USAR.
