By letter dated December 22, 2011, you submitted a license amendment request to revise the operating License (OL) condition 3.S to allow BWRVIP-139-A BWR Vessel and Internals Project Steam Dryer Inspection and Flaw Evaluation Guidelines to be basis for future steam dryer monitoring and inspections. The purpose of this communication is to provide the results of the NRC staff=so acceptance review of this amendment request.
