By letter dated June 7, 2013 (ML13171A008),James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, LLC, (the Licensee), submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to revise the Technical Specification definition of shutdown margin (SDM) to require calculation of the SDM at a reactor moderator temperature of 68 degrees F or higher that represents the most reactive state throughout the Operating Cycle.
